2024 AGM & CNY Celebration Lunch

Let us kick start 2024 by celebrating Chinese New Year. MayCham China · Shanghai Office would like to take this opportunity to invite all our members and friends to join us for the 2024 CNY Celebration Lunch at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel on Saturday 24th February 2024.

As we welcome the start of the Year of Dragon, MayCham China · Shanghai Office will also be holding our 2024 Annual General Meeting(2024 AGM) from 10:30am to 12pm at the same venue which will be open to all our members ONLY. All members are encouraged to attend the AGM for update on last year's activities and at the same time we would also like to engage with our members during the AGM as we plan for future activities and events for 2024.

It will be a special occasion as we are honored to have H.E. Dato' Norman Muhamad, Ambassador of Malaysia to China, as the Guest of Honor.

Time: 10.00am Registration, AGM will start at 10.30am

Ticket & Registration: Open to all Members only (Free)

2024 CNY Celebration Lunch(Table-service Lunch with Lou Sang)

Venue: Suzhou Room, River Wing Level 3, Pudong Shangri-La Hotel, No 33, Fucheng Road, Pudong New Area.

Time: 12.00pm Registration, Lunch will start at 12.30pm

Ticket & Registration: Member – RMB 288 (limited to 1 ticket per member); Non-Member – RMB 688 per person;

*Ticket is non-refundable & non-transferable

Proxy Form

For members who are not able to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting (2024 AGM), the Proxy Form is enclosed below. Valid members can opt to appoint the Chairman of meeting as the proxy or another valid member who is attending the AGM to serve as proxy.

The completed proxy form will have to be scanned and email to admin@maycham.com before 10:30 am, Thursday, 22nd February 2024.
