Maureen is the Partner of People Advisory Services in EY China with more than 16 years of professional experience. She has vast experience in handling compliance and advisory for tax and compensation benefits for both inbounds and outbound employee, involved in individual income tax compliance, advisory tax planning, employment tax and social security issues for different types of companies and multinational companies.

- Broad experience in assisting clients with difficult tax issues and resolution cases with the tax authorities in China.

- Cross border tax planning and advices.

- Tax advices on different types of incentive plans e.g. ESOP, long/short term employees’ award program, etc.

Carrie is an immigration manager in People Advisory Services practice and has more than 19 years of experience in providing PRC immigration services for multinational companies. She has extensive experience in handling China immigration for foreign individuals from various countries (i.e. US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, etc.).

Carrie is based in Shanghai, China, she also has extensive experience in immigration in other cities besides Shanghai in Chinese mainland (i.e. Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dalian, Xiamen, Xi’an, Chengdu, Suzhou etc.). She is currently leading engagement team, providing both compliance and advisory services to large and medium sized corporate as well as individual clients.
