东方枢纽国际商务合作区先行启动区即将封关运行。为便于市场主体更好了解合作区内载体设施和政策情况，中国马来西亚商会上海办事处将于2026年1月23日（周五）组织一场具有"特色"的东方枢纽国际商务合作区探营活动。
上海东方枢纽国际商务区依托国际航空枢纽条件，用好中国(上海)自由贸易试验区制度创新成果，旨在更好发挥上海对外开放优势，创建高度便利的国际商务交流载体，更好联通国内国际两个市场，更好利用国内国际两种资源，为推进高水平对外开放作出更大贡献。
此次拜访可了解3大核心功能+1大基础配套功能：便利企业国际商务交流，服务高端国际会展活动，提升企业培训服务质量。
- 进入管理区内高效便利人员进出的管理特色。境外人员短暂逗留东方枢纽商务合作区不入境可免入境盖章手续。
- 对境外人员的行李物品便捷管理包括申报退税托运安检手续。
- 进出口货物实施高效管理，按程序报批后和进口环节税，清单外商品照章征税。
- 境内区外入区的建设所需的基建物资和运营设备仪器符合综合保税区入区退税等条件。

The pilot area of the Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone will be in customs closure operation. To facilitate market entities in gaining a better understanding of the facilities and policies within the Cooperation Zone, MayCham China in Shanghai are organizing a Corporate Exploration Visit to the Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone on Friday 23rd January 2026.
IBCZ aims to better exert Shanghai's strengths in opening-up, rely on Shanghai's existing status as an international aviation hub, make good use of the institutional innovation achievements of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, create a highly convenient vehicle for international business communications, better connect domestic and international markets, and better utilize domestic and international resources, so as to make greater contribution in promoting high-level opening-up.
This visit will enable you to understand the 3 core functions + 1 basic supporting function: Facilitating international business exchanges, Serve high-end international exhibition events, and improve the quality of training services.
- The management feature of efficient and convenient personnel entry and exit within the management area. For overseas personnel who stay briefly in the Eastern Hub Business Cooperation Zone, they do not need to go through the entry formalities and can avoid the entry stamping procedures.
- The convenient management of luggage and personal items of foreign visitors includes declaration, tax refund, baggage check-in and security inspection procedures.
- Efficient management is implemented for imported and exported goods. After following the procedures for approval, taxes are levied as per the regulations. For goods not included in the list, taxes are collected as usual.
- The construction materials and operational equipment and instruments required for the project, when entering the zone from outside the territory, meet the conditions for tax refund upon entry into the comprehensive bonded zone.

Please note that as the Cooperation Zone has entered the closed-loop testing phase, entry permits must be obtained in advance. We sincerely invite interested members to fill out the relevant information form and complete the registration as soon as possible~

- The registration for this event requires approval, upon completion of the review, domestic participants will receive an SMS notification on their mobile devices. Please follow the instructions in the message to access the relevant link and download your pass.
- Domestic participants should arrive at the domestic-side entry area of the International Business Cooperation Zone by vehicle, where they may scan the QR code on the pass to enter.
