Sarah is a professional trainer and coach with 20 years of work and management experience in industries including air transport, retail, consulting and training for large state-owned enterprises, top foreign enterprises and private enterprises. She has served as sales manager for foreign airline, operations and business director of consulting company and accumulated more than 1,000 cases of customer experience. Sarah is also a TTI-certified DISC and motivation factor analyst as well as an ICF-certified coach. She graduated with a MBA from Bradford University, UK.
