Alvin Foo, Co-Founder of DAOventure and Co-Founder of Magic Rainbow, a digital marketing agency. A senior marketing technology executive and serial entrepreneur, Alvin brings more than 25 years of experience in Asia Pacific across marketing agencies and tech companies with the last 15 years spent in China having held senior leadership roles at Google, Nokia, Omnicom and Interpublic Group.

Dr James Ong is an entrepreneur and community builder who has incubated, invested and mentored various technology startups in China, Singapore and USA. He has more than 30 years of experience in the technology and strategy advisory services for digital transformation in Asia, US and Europe across multiple industry verticals. He is CEO of Origami, a technology advisory and venture firm to advise companies to embrace digital transformation towards Autonomous Enterprise. James is also adjunct professor at SUTD (Singapore University of Technology and Design) and Managing Director of Artificial Intelligence International Institute (AIII), a think tank advocating Sustainable AI.

Prasanth Thomas is a Senior Vice President of Digital & Technology and is the Global Head of Platforms and Applications for Sembcorp Industries. He is responsible for building out global systems that support Sembcorp’s business growth through digitization and transformation. Key focus is on making the shift from projects to platforms, modernizing the technology landscape and adopting agile ways of working to allow Sembcorp to be more nimble. Prasanth comes with more than 15 years of experience in management and technology consulting. Prior to Sembcorp, Prasanth was part of Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) Digital consulting team. Earlier he spend more than a decade at Cognizant, a Tier 1 technology and consulting player, leading the consulting team in ASEAN. Prasanth has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Chennai and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.

Dr. Derek Wang is the General Manager of Alibaba Cloud Singapore, leading teams across marketing, sales, pre-sales and technical support, to deliver success for Singapore customers in Cloud Computing and Data Intelligence. Prior to this, he was the Chief Cloud Architect of Alibaba Cloud international, and led the global technical team distributed in several regions, including US, Europe, ASEAN, ANZ, MENA, North Asia and India. His team is responsible for high quality solution design and service delivery in terms of cloud and big data, AI and IOT, to ensure the success of all customers in building applications on top of the Alibaba Cloud platform, has several big data related patents. He also led the middle office teams of international IDC planning, strategic projects management, consulting services, product requirements management, training and certification, key projects delivery.

Steve Xie is the Co-Founder of Careershe, Oxford MBA graduate, with 7 years of experience with an International MNC. Careershe is an EdTech startup based in China since 2019, helping high school students youths with better awareness on different careers in order to identify their career goal pathways (e.g. university majors). Our MVP app has approx. 7000 registered users, has over 600 minutes of exclusive career video content and has received official education APP permit from Guangdong Education Department.
