Workshop Introduction

The workshop is designed to help participants understand DISC behavior traits and motivators. Participants may create better self-awareness about how they behave and why they behave, consequently improve their interpersonal skills, promote better communication and collaboration via applying those assessment tools.

Language used for Training: English and Chinese

Possible Outcomes: 

1. Have an in-depth understanding of personal behavior style, strengths and development areas.
2. Explore the inner drive underlying self-behavior traits for further self-improvement.
3. Be familiar with the differences of various behavioral styles, formulate corresponding communication and cooperation strategies and tactics, reduce interpersonal conflicts, and promote better communication and collaboration among peers, superiors and subordinates.
4. Reinforce mutual-understanding of the team members, design personalized incentives to motivate them, ultimately improve the team efficiency based upon complementary advantages of each individual.
